I have been using this magic knife now for 6 months and I am really happy with it. It continues to be sharp and seems to cut everything I want it to in the kitchen, It really was my best buy when I went to the Good Food Show 2021 where I bought this. In fact this is now the only knife I use in the kitchen.
Very satisfied , with this unique knife. Very handy, very useful and very sharp.
I am delighted with this knife and it cuts through vegetables with ease. No more stress and pressure is needed when making soup. Would recommend this knife for a variety of uses.
It is a shame that a expensive knife does not have a cover of any sort. Even in a drawer there is a danger of touching the sharp knife.
MAGIC KNIFE 02 June 2022. Hi. A quick search on the likes of Amazon or eBay will give a variety of sheaths and other ways of storage. One idea is to use a vase you like filled with rice. Knives can then be slid in point down and the rice absorbs any moisture. Cheers, Phil & Lesley

Bought the 5" Magic Knife and have used it a reasonable amount - good at cutting tomatoes and slicing all sorts. Would prefer it to come with a proper cover for the blade not a cardboard one! Overall happy for my usage. Wouldn't use it for things like squash - would need bigger blade.
MAGIC KNIFE 31 May 2022. Hi Anne. The cover is mainly to ensure the knives are safe in their packaging. A search on the likes of Amazon or eBay will give you a good choice of blade covers and other items for storing your knives as you prefer. Okay knife, handle feels quite flimsy and seems to blunten quite quickly. Disappointed overall with quality

Very disappointed in the knives. The blades blunted so quickly, don’t sharpen well and the black colour of the blade quickly came off. Have even given up using them!

In the past I have always struggled with slicing bread, chopping onions and slicing vegetables thinly; so for me the magic knife has been just that - MAGIC!! I no longer have to struggle to cut, chop or slice. It has made all those tasks easier, speedier and more efficient. Now I would not be without a magic knife and I only wish I had discovered it a long time ago.
As usual the knife is fantastic
My husband (who does most of the cooking), is delighted to have his replacement 5" Magic Knife back in use. It is an excellent knife for slicing vegetables and fruit, because the slices slide off the blade instead of sticking to it! It stays sharp with regular use and he would recommend this for anyone who loves their cooking and for facilitating their food preparation. Cannot fault Phil's service in arranging this replacement.
An absolutely amazing knife-best I have ever used. Seems expensive but it is actually great value fir money. I would suggest anyone without one just buy one to see how good it is Linda Bailey

this is a great knife it was brought to replace on that had lost it finnish stays sharp easy to slice well weighted great product
