It’s been a great addition to my utensils. Definitely piers through loaves of bread and more challenging vegetables!
Although generally happy with the knives, we are bit disappointed that the black coating of the blades is peeling off and also they do not seem to have the same sharpness as they had when new.
MAGIC KNIFE 21 February 2023. Hi John. Teflon does wear off, usually during washing. The wear is accelerated if the knives are put in a dishwasher. The knives do require sharpening using a pull-through type sharpener similar to the ones we sell. Do not use stones, steels or electric sharpeners. Since purchasing my magic knife it's been fun in the slicing department, I was a bit apprehensive at first after watching the display at the show ground where I bought it, but with time and practice it soon became quite natural to use, and food looks a lot better sliced and diced and more even.
Very pleased with this knife. Versatile, nicely balanced making it easy to use. Have sharpened regularly and it has retained its keen edge. Would recommend.
Cannot fault the representative selling them in Vale of Glamorgan Show. Best knives I have bought and the only knives I use. Good investment.

Bought at a show last year absolutely fantastic I don't use any other knife.will be investing in more hopefully as so worth the money

I love my Magic Knife. I certainly don't know how I managed to get by before I purchased it. The Magic knife is still as sharp as when I first used it. Easy to clean. Best knife I have.
I’ve been through a lot of knives and this is the best I’ve found at a reasonable price. You can use this knife to cut fresh bread, it’s that good!
I do not use this knife. Have only used it a few times and fond it blunt and very uncomfortable to use. Do mot recommend. 0
