Not sure if my knife is as good as you made out, worked well to begin with but now needs sharpening often. Haven't put it in dish washer always wash by hand.

This knife is seriously sharp and also holds its edge well, just be a bit careful as one of the first things that I cut with it was the end off my finger, rookie mistake. 6 months down the line I have still not needed to sharpen it and it cuts just as well as it first did.

We had an issue where the 8” knife snapped and cut my husband’s finger. Care instructions were followed. So possibly just an unlucky fault on this occasion. No issues with the there we brought. I emailed magic knife. With a copy of our guarantee. Had a reply the same day (which was a Sunday) from Phil and Lesley. Very apologetic with my options. A new replacement knife was ordered on the next day and delivered the following week. All free of charge. Cannot fault the customer service we received. Would certainly recommend.

I love my knifes they are very good and so far have kept sharp. The peeler and scissors are also very good. I would love if I won another set.

Great knife , use it for everything

Bought one at a show. Was struggling with my old knives and used this one on a demo. Wow amazing and lightweight. Makes wafer thin slices if needed. Great for tomatoes, salmon etc. Will be looking to get more in the future.

Excellent customer service, they definitely go the extra mile. I already have 2 kitchen knives and a sharpener, when my daughter wanted to give me the scissors for Christmas. Not only did they advise me for ordering, also, within an hour of contacting them about the overdue delivery, I received an email from the courier, with a delivery time. As a returning customer I know I shall find the scissors top quality. Highly recommend Magic knife for quality products and excellent customer service.

Extremely pleased with the knife. It does exactly as I was told, slicing through veg, even swede with ease. Slicing tomatoes, radishes and cucumber thinly for sandwiches, bread easier than the bread knife. Interestingly it also slices through 10cm thick parcel packing foam when a Stanley knife just hacked at it. Excellent!

Used mainly two small knives. Sharpness still seems to be okay. In long run will it remain sharp?

I bought a “Magic Knife” at The Spirit of Christmas - luckily only one - after watching a nice lady demonstrating how perfectly she cut up a tomato. At home after one or two weeks it was just like any old knife. I returned the next year to ask what I was doing wrong. It was suggested I didn’t sharpen it often enough and was offered their own brand of knife sharpener. Which I bought! I really don’t think these knives are that magic. Rather like the con artists who get you standing on one leg arms outstretched and they weigh down on your arm, you topple over. Then they put the £70 “magic bracelet” on your wrist, next time you don’t topple over. Wow! BUT… it’s just muscle memory. Try it! Amusing party game. And as for “Revive” oven cleaner….!

These knives are fantastic and I wouldn't want to use any other type of utensils now in my kitchen. The company is brilliant and the staff so helpful too. I plan to purchasing some for my son and his girlfriend too. Can't recommend this company highly enough. A++++

I love my knife! It's much easier to use than a traditional knife and makes chopping easier

When I met you at the all about dogs show I never imagined it would have such an impact on my culinary life. I love the knife it really is magic.

An issue was resolved quickly and without any fuss . Love the knife and it's ability to cut through most things with ease.
