I feel a little disappointed as I bought a box set at an exhibition in London, (on the 22-9-25) and have been using my 3” knife more often than the others, to my surprise I have spotted x2 spots of rust on the blade ?????? Can my knife be replaced please?

We use our 3 inch Magic Knife more than any other size and would recommend it without hesitation. The blade is excellent, keeping sharp and is a dream to use.

Excellent customer service, they definitely go the extra mile. I already have 2 kitchen knives and a sharpener, when my daughter wanted to give me the scissors for Christmas. Not only did they advise me for ordering, also, within an hour of contacting them about the overdue delivery, I received an email from the courier, with a delivery time. As a returning customer I know I shall find the scissors top quality. Highly recommend Magic knife for quality products and excellent customer service.

The knife that I bought is absolutely amazing, my whole family fight to use this knife literally every day! My only disappointment is that I wish I had bought the whole set at the time of purchase. I would strongly recommend this brand to everyone, the quality is second to none, certainly a cut above the rest, pardon the pun!

I have already left a positive review based on the really good cutting quality of the 8" and was lucky enough to be a box set winner! I am writing this follow up review knowing I'm likely ineligible for any future contests, but I really wanted to let people know how good this company are. After using my 8" Magic Knife more or less daily since May 2024, the blade unfortunately separated from the handle. While it was a shame, I knew that the knife came with a guarantee and I filled out the online form for a claim. The process was extremely fast and Phil & Lesley could not have been more helpful. My replacement knife is still in transit, but it will be back with me in time before the next Sunday roast. I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone thinking about making a purchase, you won't regret it!
More than happy with these knives, I’ve bought more expensive knives in the past that have not performed as well as these. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic knifes. First purchased at the Royal Welshpool show. Since then we have purchased different sizes for around our home. W heave the sharpener as well. Last year I purchased the box set for Christmas for mum mum. Highly recommend to all my friends and family when they ask Customer service team are very helpful when had to deal with.
Weren’t able to buy the 3inch knife and peeler at Newbury show as he only had box sets. We were told we could buy the knife online for £25, but I see this isn’t the case. Pity, we love our five inch and eight inch versions, and have had them for years. Will get the peeler anyway.

Brilliant knives. I have been using them for years.
Amazing knife!! It’s still very sharp after the first 6 months. You have to ensure you wash them properly, no dishwasher! And you’ll enjoy them for a very long time. Very impressed!

I do like my magic knife, but it is not staying sharp at all. I have tried sharpening it and it makes a small improvement but not much. Overall I am disappointed as it has trouble cutting through even a tomato skin even if a do the sawing action as described by your sales man.
