A really useful little knife, I have had the larger one for some time so was pleased to add the smaller one to it. Magic Knife is all you need in your kitchen

I am very pleased with the knife.It cuts really well - the flexible blade allows you pare very fine slivers of peel for example. It is sharp but safe to use.

These knifes stay sparp but do chip easy

MAGIC KNIFE 07 February 2020. Hi Claire. We're not certain what you mean by chip, but if you're referring to the Teflon coating this does wear off in time but does not affect the performance of the knife. Having this knife has made life a lot easier! I love it. Today I was slicing carrot and onion ready for the casserole and I thought " Not quite so sharp anymore ….. but I've used it constantly for six months so perhaps I should get it sharpened" Just now I came to read my emails and there was an email from Magic Knife ! Spooky! Excellent buy, never out of use.

MAGIC KNIFE 27 January 2020. Hi Audrey. As a rule of thumb, a light sharpening evry two to three months keeps them in tip-top condition. Certainly at six months they're probably overdue. We do not recommend stones, steels or electric sharpeners. The pull through type similar to those we sell are best. Cheers, Phil & Lesley

I could not live without my 2 magic knives now. I cook vegetable stir fries for supper most nights and they are so good for cutting my mushrooms, aubergines, courgettes, carrots, parsnips and tomatoes together with a couple of slices of bacon.

Love these knives, so much so I bought another for use in our caravan. The best part is you are not always sharpening them, they keep their edge much longer than the Sabatier we had before.

Have had my 'magic' knife for 6 months now. I use it daily and it certainly lives up to its name. Magically slices and dices anything. I love it and will certainly be buying more. How did I ever manage without one. Hope Santa has more in his sack!

Easy to use once I got the technique right. Brilliant for smoothly peeling the very awkward butternut squash and pumpkins. Brilliant choice!
