I have bought three Magic knives (two 8" and one 3") over the years but only only have one left. The problem? The weld between the blade and the part which is inside the handle has snapped while in use (cutting Cheddar cheese in both cases, so nothing extreme). Unfortunately I cannot upload a photo. The last one broke a day or two ago. As my knives are kept sharp, this could have been a nasty accident, so be careful if using an older knife. Apart from these incidents, the knives cut very well; the cheese was much easier to cut with it because it didn't stick to the blade.

Still cutting brilliantly. I use it several times a day and it is just as sharp as when I first had it. I haven’t had to sharpen it at all so far.

This is honestly the best knife I have ever owned! It is perfect for chopping, slicing and dicing - in fact, the only other knife one would need is a carving knife!

I love this knife. It is actually a replacement for one (also Magic Knife) we bought about 10 years ago which broke. We use it all the time and it is great to have a knife that slices so easily.

This is the second knife we've bought from "Magic "...a smaller version this time. Both are excellent, cutting items easily, especially the larger one which we use regularly to slice bread. Would definitely recommend.

I love this little knife, it's so versatile, sharp and comfortable to use. This is my second magic knife after buying a larger one about 10 years ago, and am still using it daily. Lesser knives have come and gone and the magic knives persist!

This knife is so good when cutting vegetables and cutting down a whole chicken. And there no effort when cutting belly pork. I really like knife wish I bought the box set

Absolutely fantastic, can't recommend this enough. I now have no need for my tomato knife, cheese knife, salad knife, or all purpose small knife as this does the job of every one of those perfectly. It will even slice small bread loaves fine, although I still use larger knives for large bread loaves and very large fruit / veg (e.g. watermelon, squash, pumpkin, etc). I would also recommend the vegetable peeler, as I use that for all peeling now. An exemplary knife for a fraction of the price of other brands!

good night but loosing its colour on the blade

This is the third magic knife I have bought and the sharpener. They are absolutely fantastic and I use them all of the time. I would love to own the whole set as I don't use my other knives anymore as they are so good. If anyone is unsure, don't be I highly recommend them, they are the best!

Rubbish. I bought this thinking it would last years, like my superb kitchen devils ones. However the blade snapped off when I was using it. I cut my hand and the knife is now useless. The black also came off mine, so it looked poor too after a few uses. I emailed them. They want a receipt, which I may or may not still have somewhere! I know that branded items that are faulty should be replaced, repaired or refunded, without proof of purchase. I don't even want another one, as it looks like it would not last based on other reviews. How can a knife come away from the handle? Surely not for for purpose! They charge £45. I do NOT recommend this product. I have a photo, but I'll post that on Google reviews. No option on here.
