Fantastic knife, Ive had it many years as bought at chatsworth country fair, sadly the black paint on the knife is now coming off

I have had the 3”, 5” and 8” knives and sharpener for 8 years now having bought them at the NEC Caravan Show all those years ago. I have used them constantly and sharpened them regularly and last week the handle snapped off my 5” knife. Looking at the reviews it seems I have been lucky - or as usual most people only review when they have a problem. I have only found these reviews as I have come onto the website to order a new 5” knife rather than wait until the October NEC Caravan Show - or maybe I will do and bring the broken knife along to be exchanged. The knives are registered so should be able to be found from your records. I agree with the review about the sliding scale lifetime guarantee that it is pretty useless as if it was a “lifetime” guarantee it should be that - not having to pay an ever increasing amount over time to the point it costs more in postage and the additional cost than it would to just buy a new knife - extremely misleading!

Fantastic knife! I use it every single day! Super sharp and remains sharp for ages. I sharpen it once a month and to get it back to its original razor sharpness all it takes is 1 swipe with a standard knife sharpener, gone are the days where it took 10-20 swipes with a normal steel blade. LOVE MY MAGIC KNIFE, please let me win the entire set lol. If you are a keen home chef then a Magic Knife is a must have in your kitchen!

Absolutely the pick of the knife drawer! Super sharp, slick in use and comes back to a razor instantly with the same companies sharpener which is a really useful addition to any kitchen. Slices even soft tomatoes as though they are carrots, perfect and even. Will never be without these knives again.

I BOUGHT A BOX SET FOR MY DAD AS A PRESENT AROUND 18 MONTHS AGO, AT THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND SHOWGROUND LATE 2019. HE LOVES THEM AND USES THEM ALL THE TIME, HE KEEPS THE SCISSORS BY HIM IN THE OFFICE. HOWEVER, YESTERDAY THE HANDLE CAME OFF THE LARGE KNIFE. SUCH A SHAME AS IT IS SUCH A GOOD KNIFE. MR. R. SCRANNAGE

I have had magic knifes for years, I have thrown my others away as if you have a full set and their knife sharpener too, you need nothing more. This is something that everyone would be happy with.

Had this knife for almost 2 years, used for everything but today it snapped and I'm gutted.

Best knives I've ever had

Love my magic knives I have 3 sizes now, I couldn't do without them in the kitchen. Best ever.

Great knife, mum has had one for years, so I decided to get one. This is my go to knife and great for everything!

I am very pleased with the knife and it has a great performance. However, the sharpner changes the edge (angle is too large) and it decreases the cutting perfromance. I now use a sharpening stone and I do not use the Magic Knife sharpener that does not seem to work very well.

The 8" Magic Knife is a dream to use. It's razor sharp and glides through meat and vegetables effortlessly. It's an indispensable tool for any professional chef and also for keen home cooks. Treat it with respect and it will look after you with smooth, silky slices! Stephen Bennett

i bought one of the big knifes at the royal cornwall show and was so pleased with it, i enede up buying a full set and i always tell people what a great knife they are

Great Knives, easy to clean and sharpen, light to use

When I first purchased this knife I thought it was the answer to all my chopping and slicing problems. It sliced through bread, meat, veg etc like a dream. However, in reality, when it has been sharpened it is fabulous, but unfortunately the sharpness does not last for very long at all. I seem to be continually sharpening it. It has really disappointed me and not been the knife that was described to me when I bought it.
