Fantastic set of knives, peeler and scissors! Bought as a gift for my Mum and I’ve only had great feedback about how good they are!

I have found the knives easy to use and do all my cutting and chopping excellently. Even my son in law approved

Being a trained chef I have always been fussy about knives,my wife bought me an chopping knife from the ideal home exhibition a few years ago and it was great so great in fact I managed to break it within a year, she took it back when she went to the exhibition and it was replaced straight away.And is still going strong,last year she purchased the box set which is great as it gives you more choices for different types of cutting and the knife sharpener is great so great that I purchased another one and took it and my original knife to my apartment in Spain so I know what ever happens I will have a decent knife to work with.my son and his girlfriend are just in the process of purchasing a home and the box set will be on their list of house warming gifts. A great product

I bought this at a Christmas fair & hoped I wasn’t being duped by a very good demo - but no, it’s a really good product. My son is a chef, and he turned his nose up at first, but once he used it, he agreed it was a quality product.

Loved the knives - they did a great job. However, the coating has come off in patches.

These are easily the best knives I've ever owned. They do exactly what they tell you at the demonstrations. Turnips, carrots and butternut squash are all a doddle and slicing tomatoes and bread a breeze.

Please can you advise if the knives can be put in the dish washer

Nice knives, although they do require sharpening more frequently than the rep said they would when I bought them at the ideal home show. The peeler is probably my favourite item!

Brilliant knives: 6 months in and lasting well - even the non-stick finish is still good (we don't put them round the dishwasher).

I am pleased with the Magic Knives. They are very sharp & cut really well. I use them often & have not needed to sharpen them since I bought them almost six months ago. I am really pleased that I bought them.

My husband was very sceptical when I brought these home but was soon won around after using them! They are in constant use and I can honestly say they are the best knives I've had. I've had sabatier ones before. Amazingly easy to use on fresh bread or turnips! Worth every penny.

Well after seeing the demo at the Grand Design show I thought ...what the heck I'll get a set and see how they go. Well, they are the best thing ever. Easy to use, glides off anything you want to cut and it even the hard things like butter. Simply stunning

The best knife set we have ever owned. I love the fact you get a sharpener with the set to keep the knife sharp. Im a baker and it cuts through freshly baked bread. like soft butter, with out having to squeeze it tight or squashing it. Hard carrots, even butternut squash and other vegetables aren't an issue and again cut like the are soft cooked. Fish is skinned and boned with ease. We have tested our knives on many things and haven't found an item it doesn't cut with ease. Im going to buy a set for my daughter. Great value for money. Even the scissors are amazing and can be sharpened. A purchase you definitely won't regret.

Have been pleased with my purchase but I do have a few comments to make. 1. I wish it were possible to buy a block in which the knives could be safely kept. 2. I didn’t get on well with the vegetable peeler 3. One of the knives has now lost its initial sharpness and I would be grateful for any advice. My comments aren’t meant to be negative because it’s been a joy with my arthritic hands to chop vegetables, etc.!
