My knife broke inside the handle so contacted your company who advised I had to pay about 70% replacement cost. This is not a guarantee it is a leasing arrangement. The smaller of the two knives blunts very quickly so maybe soft steel. I will not bother again.

Had a replacement for a knife that broke. So far it is fine. These knives are excellent. Easy to keep sharp.
LOVE MY KNIFE! These are the best knives I've ever used! My son bought it for me at an exhibition as a present, and I was thrilled as soon as I used it! I've now also got the 5" version and it is equally loved! Thanks Magic Knife company - they're just that, Magic!
I've had these knives for 12 months and they are outstanding, great product and great customer service.
Absolutely love the knife, however, the guy that sole it to me said it will only need sharpening twice a year. We have sharpened it quite a few times now. It isn’t used every day and when we do use it, it isn’t for long.

How often knives need sharpening depends on many factors such as how often they are used what is being cut, what sort of chopping board is being used etc. We find we sharpen our own personal knives about every 2 months. This knife was given to me as a Christmas present. Having spent may years in the catering trade, I can say that this is one of, if not the best knife I've ever used. It is so sharp and so easy to use. The balance is perfect. The holes make all the difference. 5*

This is my third knife and I couldn’t be without them. Absolutely love them. Feel sorry for the people who don’t know about them. How many knives have this sort of guarantee? Really can’t recommend highly enough.
So far very good. I use my knife many times a day and it is still as sharp as the first cut. Long may this last?
This knife is amazing and is all you need for chopping in your kitchen. It will cut through anything with ease. I use it everyday and would highly recommend these products.
Bought both the 8” and 5” knives, after 6 months of normal family household use they are still pretty sharp but I will be getting them sharpened soon but are much better than most knives we have purchased in the past.
I bought 2 magic knives at a show in Halifax. Theu are extremely useful and sharp. Definitely a good buy.
The best knife I have ever had for tomatoes, it's been sharpened twice in six months and is still going strong. I might just have to get a bigger one too
My knife seems to go blunt very easily I don't think it's magic.
MAGIC KNIFE 05 June 2018. Hi Paul. That doesn't sound right, it should only need a sharpening about every two months. Blunting quickly can be caused by using an old sharpener, using glass/marble chopping boards or putting in a dishwasher. Email me on phil@magic-knife.website and we'll get this sorted. Wow. Best knife ever !!!!.cutting those awkward foods like sqaush and turnip have never been so easy. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing new knives.
