I hesitated to spend what I thought was a lot on just one knife, but I love it. Money well spent.it's still sharp six months later and has made chopping just about anything easier. Thoroughly recommend.

Great knives. Very easy to use. Can slice really thinly and feel totally in control. I would not hesitate to recommend these knives. Even my husband approves of them

This is my 'go to' knife. Unfortunately the knife - although less than 2 years old - is now useless as the handle and blade have 'parted'.

I must admit that this is probably the best knife I have ever used. Keeps its edge, flexible an all round great knife.

Easy to use, has retained the excellent sharpness, not quite yet reaching the skills standards of the demonstrater but getting there. Overall a real asset for carving, peeling and careful dicing. Well worth the money and a pleasure to use.

Beautiful and Sharpe. Lasts about 3 months before I resharpened them.

I found this Knife really helpful and as it was special offer at the show, it was good value for money. It helps me get jobs with food preparation done quickly!

Amazing! No matter what I am cutting, just slices through like butter. Had the knife 6 months now and it's still as good as new.

Love this knife. No more wresting with cellophane wrappers, meat, cheese, veg. It’s such a relief not to fight with what I cut. It stays sharp too. Cutting edge!!

Really good knifes blade edge is razor sharp included was a sharpener which also is excellent , I feel though the box is very cheap that they come in and could be of a little better quality . Also the knife handles feel a bit on the cheap side but the blade metal is quality.
