Excellent customer service, they definitely go the extra mile. I already have 2 kitchen knives and a sharpener, when my daughter wanted to give me the scissors for Christmas. Not only did they advise me for ordering, also, within an hour of contacting them about the overdue delivery, I received an email from the courier, with a delivery time. As a returning customer I know I shall find the scissors top quality. Highly recommend Magic knife for quality products and excellent customer service.

Extremely pleased with the knife. It does exactly as I was told, slicing through veg, even swede with ease. Slicing tomatoes, radishes and cucumber thinly for sandwiches, bread easier than the bread knife. Interestingly it also slices through 10cm thick parcel packing foam when a Stanley knife just hacked at it. Excellent!

Used mainly two small knives. Sharpness still seems to be okay. In long run will it remain sharp?

I bought a “Magic Knife” at The Spirit of Christmas - luckily only one - after watching a nice lady demonstrating how perfectly she cut up a tomato. At home after one or two weeks it was just like any old knife. I returned the next year to ask what I was doing wrong. It was suggested I didn’t sharpen it often enough and was offered their own brand of knife sharpener. Which I bought! I really don’t think these knives are that magic. Rather like the con artists who get you standing on one leg arms outstretched and they weigh down on your arm, you topple over. Then they put the £70 “magic bracelet” on your wrist, next time you don’t topple over. Wow! BUT… it’s just muscle memory. Try it! Amusing party game. And as for “Revive” oven cleaner….!

These knives are fantastic and I wouldn't want to use any other type of utensils now in my kitchen. The company is brilliant and the staff so helpful too. I plan to purchasing some for my son and his girlfriend too. Can't recommend this company highly enough. A++++

When I met you at the all about dogs show I never imagined it would have such an impact on my culinary life. I love the knife it really is magic.

An issue was resolved quickly and without any fuss . Love the knife and it's ability to cut through most things with ease.

Fantastic knives and scissors! For the first time, I can cut and chop like the chefs on the television. Sharpener keeps them perfectly sharp and the peeler is so easy to use! Would highly recommend.

You most definitely won't need any other knives !!! I disposed of all my other knives once I tried these and haven't looked back. They are super sharp and very easy to keep that way. From peeling your vegetables to carving a joint these are brilliant

I bought a set - 8", 5" knife and sharpener back in approx 2014 at a show in Bristol, I believe. The 8" knife is still going, used just about daily, my go-to knife for everything! I have used the sharpener a little, but the knife is still as sharp as the day I bought it. My daughter doesn't understand when she uses knives elsewhere, why they are so rubbish. I've always said its because my knife is magic! I'm so glad to have found the company is still going as I need to treat myself to some replacements.

These knives are brilliant. Phil and Lesley are lovely. So helpful and obliging.

I am left handed so finding a knife that works for me is tricky. I use this knife to effortlessly cut large cabbages to make saurkraut safely!

I bought this knife at a dog show in suffolk and did not have too many expectations, but after trying many knives, this knife has stayed sharp as promised . I also bought the sharpener to keep the knife sharp and it works lovely
