So glad I went to Ideal home exhibition in March where I found the Magic knife stand. At £79 for the set it was not cheap, but I took the plunge after seeing the demonstration. Well , once home I opened the set and used the knives straight away. Cutting tomatoes so fine was absolutely brilliant. I have since used the sharpener as well to keep my knives in tiptop condition. So yes I truly recommend them and when I go to the Ideal home exhibition again before Christmas I will go to the same stand and tell everyone how good they are. Might buy a set for my daughter if finances allow it.

We purchased the box set box set at the Camping & Caravan show in October 22, we were a little sceptical having purchased various alternatives over the years. How wrong we were, they are in almost daily use, they still look like new and are as sharp as the day we brought them. We'd not hesitate to recommend "Magic Knife" you'll not be disappointed

Ummmm....to tell the truth I'm not entirely happy. The scissors are not 100% and I didn't think I had to keep sharpening. Perhaps I expected too much... paid a lot of money for these.

This whole set is amazing. They cut "like butter". They are definitely magic because they make the hardest vegetables and fruit so easy to cut through. I want to get them for all my friends for the holidays. Many thanks!

I originally bought the 8inch knife at a show and loved it so much that I bought the set. I didn’t know how good the scissors would be though… they are excellent. Unfortunately, I had a hiccup with them but one email to Phil at Magic Knife and I received a replacement pair free of charge today. How refreshing it is to be responded to so quickly, so helpfully and so positively. Well done Magic Knife, other companies could well do to emulate your standards of service. .

Bought the box set on the recommendation of my mum, not disappointed, they are all brilliant!

I bought this box set for my son and also a 3” and 8” knife for myself. We have been extremely pleased with the quality and handling of the knives but slightly disappointed that the blades seem to have lost some of the black coating. Could you please explain what might have caused this.

We have used all the possible knives but have never found anything as good as this Magic Knife. Many of our friends and family members who have seen us using this knife have also bought them and we have also gifted some who are all happy with it. Highly recommend anyone to go with this knife than any other available knives in the market. We have since not bought any new knife.

Do not buy!!! Was happy with these knives which I bought in June 2019. Last week after light use over the 4 years the 8”knife broke which I thought would be no problem as I had the lifetime guarantee however it appears that is not as it sounds and instead of replacing the broken knife I am being asked for £19:99 for the knife and postage to replace it! All previous purchases from companies offering a lifetime guarantee have, on the rare occasion needed, honoured that and replaced their item at no cost to myself. Total con as part of the reason I bought them was for the lifetime guarantee. Be warned!!!!

Bought the knife set at the Ideal Home Exhibition and not disappointed. Brilliant knife set! Use it all the time and still super sharp. Would highly recommend.

I have had this box set for 4 years and has never been great .now one has broken. I have had cheaper knives for much longer.

I love these knives and so do my family, we still have our old knives, however, these knives are always the first ones out of the drawer, one of the few items I've brought from Ideal Home show that works like it did on demonstration once I got it home. I love all the features on the scissors, will definitely be packing them when I go on my holidays, as replaces half a dozen other items, like the all important bottle opener.

Lovely piece of kit. Knives are easy to take care of with no issues. The scissors are the best kitchen scissors I've found. Everyone in the house can use them no matter being left handed or right handed

Reasonable set of knives but don't think the sharpener does much in the way of sharpening
