Love the knifes. The black coating is coming off the blade but apart from that I am really happy with my purchase
MAGIC KNIFE 30 September 2022. Hi Miriam. Teflon does wear off in time, usually during washing. The wear is accelerated if the knives are put in a dishwasher. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
I absolutely love this knife - it cuts through so many different food items and textures with such ease that it’s the only knife I go to! Bread, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish all great to cut including the dreaded butternut squash and watermelon!
So far, so good. Knives are great. Scissors not so much.

Being kitchen scissors they will not work well on paper, but should be fine for spatch-cocking, trimming bacon, cutting pizza etc. Please email me on phil@magic-knife.website with details of why you aren't happy with them. Brilliant knives, so good I cut my finger using one and didn’t even feel it lol. Honestly though glad I bought these as I use them every day

I needed some knives so these seemed as good as any others i had seen BUT oh my to my delighted surprise they are amazing!! all my other knives gone in the bin, the handy little sharpened is easy peasy and no more struggling with a steel, recommend to all my friends and would love more
I love the ergonomic feel of the knife when I'm using it. I have arthritis and the knife is so light and comfortable to use it makes chopping food up a joy instead of a chore
The Magic Knife almost lives up to its name! Mine has cut through rvrtyjonh from tomatoes to hard veg and back to sift bread. The only problem has been the third slice of malt loaf! A delight to use!
Have had my knife set now for 6 months and upto now i am very pleased.
These have got to be the best knives you can buy hardly need sharpening and do exactly what the salesman said at the Ideal Home show. Would definitely recommend.
Possibly one of the best knives we have ever bought, it easily slices through almost any food products without fail - can’t recommend it highly enough.
Very impressive at the demonstration - sounds great, cut well. But it is basically a Santoku knife with a Teflon coating. It doesn't keep an edge, too flexible to sharpen effectively, and the coating started to wear off in a few weeks. Hugely disappointing and very poor value.
MAGIC KNIFE 24 September 2022. Hi Peter. The knives should only need a light sharpening about every two to three months. If you are sharpening them more than this there may be a problem. If so, please email me on phil@magic-knife.website and we'll get it sorted.The flexibiity of the blade does not affect the sharpening, so we wonder what you are using to sharpen the knife. If it is a stone, steel or elctric sharpener that would probably be the problem. We only reccomend the pull-through type sharpeners, as per the ones we sell. Cheers, Phil & Lesley

had the knife for six months now,still good as new and use it everyday for all my kitchen cuts.
