Excellent customer service, they definitely go the extra mile. I already have 2 kitchen knives and a sharpener, when my daughter wanted to give me the scissors for Christmas. Not only did they advise me for ordering, also, within an hour of contacting them about the overdue delivery, I received an email from the courier, with a delivery time. The knife that I bought is absolutely amazing, my whole family fight to use this knife literally every day! My only disappointment is that I wish I had bought the whole set at the time of purchase. I would strongly recommend this brand to everyone, the quality is second to none, certainly a cut above the rest, pardon the pun!

I have already left a positive review based on the really good cutting quality of the 8" and was lucky enough to be a box set winner! I am writing this follow up review knowing I'm likely ineligible for any future contests, but I really wanted to let people know how good this company are. After using my 8" Magic Knife more or less daily since May 2024, the blade unfortunately separated from the handle. While it was a shame, I knew that the knife came with a guarantee and I filled out the online form for a claim. The process was extremely fast and Phil & Lesley could not have been more helpful. My replacement knife is still in transit, but it will be back with me in time before the next Sunday roast. I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone thinking about making a purchase, you won't regret it!
