Bought one at a show. Was struggling with my old knives and used this one on a demo. Wow amazing and lightweight. Makes wafer thin slices if needed. Great for tomatoes, salmon etc. Will be looking to get more in the future.
Excellent customer service, they definitely go the extra mile. I already have 2 kitchen knives and a sharpener, when my daughter wanted to give me the scissors for Christmas. Not only did they advise me for ordering, also, within an hour of contacting them about the overdue delivery, I received an email from the courier, with a delivery time. Extremely pleased with the knife. It does exactly as I was told, slicing through veg, even swede with ease. Slicing tomatoes, radishes and cucumber thinly for sandwiches, bread easier than the bread knife. Interestingly it also slices through 10cm thick parcel packing foam when a Stanley knife just hacked at it. Excellent!
Saw this knife at a County show. It was recommended to me by my neighbour who was with me at the time. Once Id tried it t home a binned my other small knives and havent looked back since. Always sharp and does a great job on both hard and soft food alike. 5*
