I have been using my magic knife for over 6 months now and its performance continues to impress. It doesn’t matter what you need to cut - the knife goes through effortlessly. I wouldn’t use any other knife now. I use the sharpening block every few weeks to maintain performance - it is very easy and safe to use. Just take care when cleaning the knife by hand. Don’t throw the knife in the sink with a load of other cutlery then scrabble about in the soapy water feeling for the knife - that entails a risk of a cut. Hold the knife and wash it in the same operation. Then place it carefully on the drying board. I have not had any mishaps with the magic knife by taking this care. I look forward to many more years of trouble free chopping!

Very disappointed, I wrote to you months ago with my guarantee number and heard nothing. The knife is great but the black coating was coming off and comes off on food when cutting!! I would like to return it as I mentioned in my earlier email
