The knives have been given a lot of loving care - handwash/ regular sharpening and have performance very well. Maintain their sharpness for a long time.
Having tried to claim under my warranty following the blade falling out of the handle, I am told that I must pay £13 for a replacement. £3 wear and tear, which I’m fine with, but also £5 postage and £5 for age verification. I’ve tried challenging that and have been ignored since. Zero stars for service.
MAGIC KNIFE 19 February 2025. Hi Andy, I think I've just found you in our records and can see that I've not received an email from you challenging the P&P costs. It is now a statutory requirement that all bladed items undergo age verification at point of delivery. Royal Mail will check the person taking delivery is who it is addressed to and that they are over eighteen. This has drastically increased our P&P costs to the extent that the total of £10.00 does not cover it. Please do email phil@magic-knife.website. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
Love the knife, it's in use every day. Especially good for slicing tomatoes and cutting thin slices of almost anything. The grip is comfortable too
This is my 2nd Magic Knife, I have the 8inch one too. They are both brilliant, stay sharp and can cut the freshest of bread with ease or the hardest of vegetables like swede with no problem, or risk to safety.
A great knife ! Easy to hold and use . Cuts through vegetables with ease.
Got the 5 inch from good food show last year, guy who demonstrated did get great job My wife perché ho ascoltato Good knife especially for fine cutting with veg / meat however one year on blade detached from handle “just alike this Not lifetime guarantee ????? nessuna magia con questo coltello, scusa
MAGIC KNIFE 11 November 2024. Hi Antonio. Please email phil@magic-knife.website and we'll get things sorted. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
It’s the best knife we have ever had and we plan to purchase more
Really pleased with the knife, it has massively helped me in cutting vegetables such as swede which in the past I have really struggled with. In hindsite I wish I had also purchased a 7" as well, therefore I was disappointed that I couldn't find you at the Royal Berkshire Show. My only concern is that the black has started to peel off, which ruins the look, but that taken away the sharpness.
MAGIC KNIFE 16 October 2024. Hi Joy. We were in the Food Marquee at Newbury/Royal Berkshire Show. Teflon does wear off in time but does not affect the performance of the knife. Peeling is usually caused by washing in a dishwasher, in which case a good scouring followed by a light sharpening will improve things. Do contact phil@magic-knife.website if you have any queries. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
An excellent knife. This is the second one I’ve bought and I’m really pleased with them so far. I wish I’d discovered them sooner.
The perfect kitchen utility knife. Sharp as a razor but delicate enough for precision cutting. Highly recommended.

Seen these types of displays before at shows and have always avoided buying, but have to say it's does shat it says on the label, wont let my husband use it as he can cut himself on a fork.
Fantastic knife ! I love it
Sadly despite all good previous experiences the current knife is not sharp and I do not seem to be able to sharpen itRegards. JohnGibbs
MAGIC KNIFE 22 July 2024. Hi John. My first thought would be that the sharpener has come to the end of its life. Please email phil@magic-knife.website and we'll get things sorted. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
Nice knife, easy to use but didn't realise it would require sharpening as soon as it did. otherwise a very good knife.
MAGIC KNIFE 01 July 2024. Hi. As a rule of thumb, a light sharpening is needed about every two months. Do email phil@magic-knife.website if you need more info on sharpening. Cheers, Phil & Lesley
