I purchased this from a very sweet lady at the South of England Show, she was lovely. The knife is amazing, it is definitely the best knife I have ever used.
I bought the 8 inch knife last year in a show at Christmas, the demonstrations were excellent and I couldn’t wait to get home to get started. The best thing about this knife is being able to cut through crispy fresh bread without the bread squashing and ending up with flat slices, it cuts beautifully. I really love this knife and would recommend it to anybody particularly as it makes chopping the Christmas swede a real pleasure rather than a job for someone else!

Great knives, easy to sharpen. Don't require that much sharpening but black coating is coming off
MAGIC KNIFE 07 June 2026. Hi Steve. The Teflon does wear off in time but, as you are probably aware, this does not affect the performance of the knife. Putting the knives in a dishwasher will accelerate the wear of the Teflon, Cheers, Phil & Lesley
